The "VARIABLE TUNNEL PROFILE" was registered in Malta the 13th of November 1991 - by Mr. Giorgio Comerio - Warrant No. 1085 issued by the Minister for Development of Tertiary Sector.

To increase the initial floating capacity of the catamaran's hull upon starting, special mobile wings are installed inside the tunnel.
Mobile surface gives more lifting hydrodynamic power to the hull at the initial departure stage.
The goal: catamaran emersion is quick and doesn't needs expensive horsepower supplied by powerful heavy engines.

34 - REMARKS.
34.1 - Passenger's capacity depends by Ship' register authorization as well as:
type of navigation, distance from the coast, type of wash, etc.
34.2 - Passenger's capacity as listed is only suggested by shipbuilder in consideration of the catamaran stability in low-wash condition.
