After four years ( 1994-1998) of tightened investigation focused on my person, to any activity which in any way could be traced back to me, or in which I had investments or to which I collaborated, the Magistrate has decided to close my position and all investigations relating to illegal waste disposal activities.
Archiving is motivated by the fact that the Magistrates have found that there have never been any disposal activities, or any intention to do it, but that it was only made studies examining the possibility of the scientific and of the legal utilization of a technology developed by the European Community.
Many reports in the press and on television only been a way to instigate the formation
of opinions based on false assumptions and based on suppositions that the Magistrates
itself has verified to be with no reality.
