Subject: Questions for Mr Giorgio Comerio from the Financial Times

1) Can you say which governments you/ODM contacted to offer your technology for disposing of waste beneath the seabed?

NO I can not say because I do not have any copy of the quite old papers and because the technology was available on the web.
Preliminary contacts made to Governmental institutions was made by email with no results, as you know.

2) Various allegations are made about you in the following except from the parliamentary commission, including that you were an arms trafficker and involved in making "telemine" -- guided missiles (?) for sale to countries, such as Argentina. Could you respond to these allegations?

I was never an "arm trafficking". As engineer I was working for a legal company and I participate into design a modern version of the "pig", the old Italian's underwater manned devices classified by the NATO US' Inspector visiting the Swiss laboratory.. The project was never completed.. and officially reported on the NATO bulletin.
Nothing of illegal… Or all the word' defence industry is illegal ?

Allegations. In Italy everybody is free to say what he wants. Members of the parliament first, the journalists second.
An example. " LOST" the ship. I was in Guernsey and I lost the ferry sealing from St. Peter Port ( Guernsey ) to St. Malo' ( France )
The ferry was not able to approach Guernsey due the heavy sea conditions. Quite easy to verify with the Guernsey Port Authority.
Never done… But on the TV screen and on the press is "an evidence ". Evidence of what ?

Public Prosecutor NERI "evidences" were never displayed to the parliamentary commission ( president Adv. Taormina )
He says to the commission that he "lost" the evidences .
But it's not the true. He just never had any evidence to show !
The proof : no one of the "evidences" was displayed on the press or on TV. As usual in Italy…
No evidences on the press, no evidences at all…

And no evidences related to illegal activities…

The Parliamentary commission understood that Mr. Comerio name was utilized by Mr. Neri just to give money to a number of his "assistants" and to create a "false scoop" on the Press and TV..

Is the Parliamentary commission an official Governmental body or not ?
Do you intend to accept the results ?

The Italian intelligence services confirms that none of the Comerio's activities was illegal.
And confirmed that no dangerous activities was made at all.
The Italian intelligence is an official authority. He do not say the true ?
Do you intend to accept the results ?

The Lugano Court found that no illegal activities was med into the ODM' offices based in Lugano.
It's not the true ? Do you intend to accept the results ?

Only unnamed Greepeace' reports say the true ? Or Mr. Bocca ?
Do you intend to accept their allegations as the true ?

Now I have few questions for you:

Do you intend to verify the facts or just looking on old files stored on the web ?
Where is the link in between the "Financial Time" and Mr. Comerio' activity ?
The Financial Time is following international financial events or irrelevant Greenpeace opinions ?
Official results will be accepted by the "Financial Time" board ?

Do you see the "dead certificate" of Ilaria Alpi ?
Do you see an ODM dumping map showing any location in the med sea ?
Do you see any contract, letter of intent, bank statement proving any illegal activity ?
