1- Asbestos is cleared away by skilled workers and removed as per National safety standards
Asbestos removed elements are being put in a special centrifuge and transformed into hundreds of nodules.
Operator is able to supply Asbestos Removing Company with containeraized centrifuges
Asbestos is mixed with a special binder and transformed into hundreds of chemically stables, low-compressed nodules, easy to transport.
Nodules don't release fibres in the air and their transport doesn't need special authorizations.

2 - Nodules production allows fast asbestos delivery from removal site to the plant without extra-precaution and special authorizations.

3 - Volume Reduction Factor: from 70% to 80%

Nodalator machine use will reduce asbestos initial weight / volume from 300 / 400 Kg for Cubic Metres to 700 / 900 Kg for cubic metres.
- from 20 / 50 pounds for Cubic feet to 44 / 56 Pounds for Cubic Feet.

4 - Nodules dimensions:
from 5 to 20 mm
hardness: over 15 Kg/sqcm

5 - Results
ACM & ACWM: Free fibres powder less than 50 mg/Kg approx.

6 - Patent.
Abestos nodules request of patent is submitted since July 1996 to the U.S. and Japan Administrations.
