1- The price includes the following operations made by our Company.:
a- Plant transport to the removal area
b- Plant setting-up
c- Plant management by our operator - 10 hours a working day
d- Plant cleaning and loading for departure
e- All spare parts
f- All additives
2- Client has to provide the following
operations on his own:
a- National & Local Authority work permissions
b- Electric Power: 120 Kw / 380 Volt / 50 Hz for 12 hours
c- Water: 10 lt/min for 12 hours
d- Air compressed source at 6 atm.
e- Four workers with all necessary equipments for the plant loading
f- Clean installation area - flat hard floor - Surface: 30 x 6 mt
3 - Price:
U.S. $ 3.500 for 10 hours each working day
U.S. $ 5.500 for 20 hours each working day
Plant' trip cost: to be evaluated tipe by time
4 - Payments.
a - 10% at order Bank guarantee deposit
b - 90% two weeks before operation starting day
5 - Average cost for cubic metre of rough
asbestos: $ 35 / 70
6 - Rough asbestos volume reduction:
from 70% to 80% approx.
7 - Results
a- Nodules from asbestos-cement: approx. 40 mg/Kg of free fibers powder
b- Nodules from ACM (Asbestos-Containing Material) and ACWM (Asbestos-Containing Waste Material)
Free fibers powder less than 50 mg/Kg
